The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a one-night stay. the location was excellent, within walking distance of Termini and many attractions. the receptionist was very helpful and responsive, always available via WhatsApp. the staff made sure I was contacted promptly and provided great service.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring the guests' needs were met. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful view of the city from some rooms and provided necessary facilities such as a hairdryer.

There was some construction going on outside the hotel which could occasionally get noisy, but it did not disrupt the guests' sleep during the night.
